WINDIGO LODGE ON THE GUNFLINT TRAIL

Welcome to Windigo Lodge, on northeastern Minnesota's historic Gunflint Trail.  We are a family owned resort offering you an excellent opportunity to enjoy a true northwoods experience year 'round.

All year long Windigo Lodge offers comfortable cabins set back in the woods or on the lakeshore of Poplar Lake.  In addition to cabins, modern Villas are available in our main lodge.  Our private and secluded campground offers hook-ups and can accommodate anything from tents on up to large motor homes.  See our Cabins & Villas page for more info about accommodations and camping available.

Enjoy an excellent walleye or steak dinner in our lake-view dining room.  Choose from a great selection of domestic and imported beers, and cocktails in the Windigo Lounge while watching your favorite sports on our big screen TV. We have karaoke on Saturdays during the summer and winter seasons.

Four season activities at Windigo Lodge are limited only by your imagination.  We are only one lake outside the BWCA(W) which allows you to make only one short portage before being in the BWCA.  Be sure to see our Activities page for more details about all of the things there are to do when you are a guest at Windigo Lodge.
